"Lots of improvements happening throughout this hotel, so when my room wasn't cooling, I called the front desk and they sent maintenance right away. He said it was a compressor issue and took me to a large suite instead! Very friendly desk staff. Great location. Wonderful inexpensive option in Jacksonville."
