Pleasure-Visit USMC Son

"Hotel was not what expected though we are unfamiliar with the area. Found a 2 inch cock roach in our room and presented to front desk...they said a manager would call me which never happened. The maintenance man explained bugs were "normal" coming in thru the HVAC units... Could not get the wifi to work properly. Room smelled of cigarettes and front desk explained that 5 days prior the hotel switched to non smoking. The central air worked in the hallway but not in the room. The breakfast was consistently empty...no coffee, no food, no milk, etc. I expected a call and a credit due to the number of times I visited the front desk. Clearly management dropped the ball. My son is stationed in Jacksonville for 3 years....we will be back but not to this hotel."
